Management –  Bernice manages Crossbarry and Passage West with regular presence in both facilities.  Can be contacted on 087 9984695.

Norma is Manager in Crossbarry – liaises between management, staff and parents and ensures that each individual child’s needs are met.

Ali is Supervisor and covers Norma when she is off.

Claire / Helen are Manager’s in Passage West  and  provides similar role.

All our Early Years Educators are highly qualified and have many years of experience, in Childcare and Montessori.  Over half of our core staff have achieved level 8 (Hons degrees) qualifications.  Some staff are with us many years, and in recent times we have established a multi-culture staff environment, with Early Years Educators, from Spain and Brazil.

Our aims is to identify and meet the needs of each child and encourage constructive use of their time in a secure, caring, homely and happy environment, thereby helping the child develop his/her full potential.

There are curriculums for the, toddlers and pre-schoolers available should the parents wish to see them.  All curriculums are now based on the principles of  Aistear and Siolta, with our staff receiving on going training. We feel continuous professional development training is of utmost importance.
