Management –  Marie & Bernice manage Crossbarry and Passage West with regular presence in both facilities.  We are on call at all times  – Marie 087 8530406   Bernice 087 9984695.

Norma is Manager in Crossbarry – liaises between management, staff and parents and ensures that each individual child’s needs are met.

Ali is Supervisor and covers Norma when she is off.

Claire  is Manager in Passage West  and a provides similar role.

Rebecca  covers Claire’s time off.

All our Staff are highly qualified and have many years of experience, in Childcare and Montessori.  Over half of our core staff have achieved level 8 (Hons degrees) qualifications, and are with us many years.

Our aims is to identify and meet the needs of each child and encourage constructive use of their time in a secure, caring, homely and happy environment, thereby helping the child develop his/her full potential.

There are curriculums for the babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers available should the parents wish to see them.  All curriculums are now based on the principles of  Aistear and Siolta, with our staff receiving on going training. We feel continuous professional development training is of utmost importance. Both of us have completed Hons Degrees since opening our business.
