To Marie & Bernice, Just a little not to say that my daughter is having a great year in Giggles. The 2 Staff with her are just fantastic. The hard work and dedication that they put in is unbelievable They are always so positive and caring to her. Thank you to each and everyone of you for everything that you have done for my son, in his time in Giggles. You have all played a huge role in his development and the love and care that you have given him was so appreciated by us. He'll really miss each of you, especially his teachers this year Ciara, Ampa and Chloe who have been amazing with us in helping prepare him for big school and by really focusing us on areas where he struggles so we can work on these with him.

To Everyone at Giggles, We are finally finished after 10 very very happy years. It is very bittersweet for us as we are going to miss ye and all the fab artwork etc from down through the years. But ye have done an amazing job of nurtaring and caring for our 3 children and preparing them for all their future adventures. We just wanted to say a massive thanks to you all for supporting our family over the last years. I can't quite believe that both our children have graduated and in big school. Time Flies

It is hard to believe that we first landed here our little boy was 10 months old and now in a flash! he is off to "big School", another new adventure. He is certainly better prepared than I ever was!

As another family say goodbye to us, this was the lovely message they left us!
Both of our kids went to Giggles in Crossbarry over the past 4 & a half years and I can honestly say the Giggles team and facilities are outstanding in every aspect. From day one, the manager made us feel extremely welcome. Communication has always been excellent - the phone is immediately answered and paperwork is always proactively taken care of without me ever having to think about it! All of the staff across all of the different groups are so caring and attentive and practically the kids as their own. When we had our daughter, the team gave our son a cuddly toy to give to his new baby sister, which is just one example of how they go above and beyond in everything they do. One of my favourite things (besides all the fun, thoughtful artwork that used to come home) was receiving a written summary of the kids' day at pick up (food, naps & nappies & any points of note) as well as the brilliant end of term reports. Each term the staff provide a full developmental breakdown on your child's progress in physical, language, cognitive and social abilities. The fact the kids receive wholesome food all day is invaluable. The hours the creche from and to is also another major convenience. If you are looking for a creche you won't find a better one - Giggles ticks all the boxes you could think of and more. We'll miss the creche and all the staff massively!! Both my husband and I are forever grateful to the whole team for the absolutely fantastic start they have given to our 2 kids, thank you so much for EVERYTHING - we'd have been lost without all of you!

When I Chose Giggles it was based on walking around the creche, seeing how happy the kids were, seeing who was looking after them, and how the carers also looked at my baby and smiled at her. My Gut instinct that I had found a gem of a place for my daughter has been right. People don't have that luxury anymore thanks to COVID and masks and restrictions, so when people they trust recommend a creche for their baby it means a lot to them.

This family had been with us a long time! Dear Bernice, Marie, Norma and all the fantastic team at Giggles, Crossbarry, we both want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done for us as a family over the past 14 years. We constantly say to each other that having Giggles for our children's early education has been the most wonderful opportunity for our 4 children. We are so sad that our contact with your amazing childcare facility has come to an end. The children will always have happy memories of the special time they spent in your care. They have been so happy, have learned to make friends and socialize, have been taught so much by such caring and considerate teachers in the most beautiful surrounds, indoors and outdoors. We have always felt that our children were safe and well cared for in a way that couldn't be surpassed.

A short email to thank you for everything you do, especially this past year and in the last 10 months!
It certainly has not been an easy year and just when you think you've made it: 2020 throws another curveball at you!!
We are sincerely grateful for the part you play in our son's development: he really enjoys his time at Giggles and we love learning through him. You have certainly brightened up our year through all your activities/themes/Christmas concert/Santa surprises and we even have his Santa (zoom) scroll framed at home near the Christmas tree.
It seems already that the New Year may have a challenging start but that said here is to a bright New Year and we look forward to seeing you on the 6th January . I hope you can all enjoy a well deserved break over the next little while to exhale; rest and recharge and spend time with loved ones, where possible.

Hi Giggles
It is unlikely that you remember my daughter (of course we did) she attended Giggles from 2015 - 2017. She loved her time at Giggles and we knew at the time what a fabulous facility that it was and how special all of the carers were.
However what I am emailing to tell you is that I honestly believe that I am every day seeing the amazing start that Giggles gave my daughter in early education and the confidences that it instilled in her young personality.
She is a happy, carefree loving confident caring and empathetic little girl who will be turning 7 in a few weeks. I truly believe that Giggles had a fundamental influence in her character and resilence and thought that it was so important to feed that back to you. She has been home from school the past 2 days with a cold. She has happily and contentedly filled her days by entertaining herself with singing, dancing and making her own fun. Her days in Giggles where there was focus on not stacking a child's day with structured activity but rather allowing children to be children have played a fundamental role in helping her to become this character.
Many thanks to all in Giggles your work has a lifelong consequences - I think that it is so important to continue to give you my thanks and feedback childcare workers are not given the credit that they deserve and a service like yours with the staff that played such an important part of my daughters early years.

"Our son had been at Giggles since he turned 1 and he is now 22 months. From the first time we visited, we couldn't get over the warm welcome we received and every single member of staff made it their priority to help our little man settle in. After Lockdown, we were obviously nervous about him returning to the group settling but once again everyone at Giggles made the transition a smooth one.
The ladies on the team are personally invested in the happiness and wellbeing or our son and we feel so reassured by their enthusiasm.
He himself loves going out to "school" everyday. He waits at the front door every morning, jumping up and down to go. His language has come on in leaps and bounds in recent months since he as been back at Giggles. Everyday he comes home happily chatting away about his little friends and what he did. Singing new songs every week. The activities they undertake each day are fantastic! Arts and crafts, lots of outdoor play, reading, dancing - so much more than I can manage to fit in at home!
A big one for us is the food that is provided. The food that he eats at Giggles is the kind of thing we feed him at home, healthy balanced meals, fruit and vegetable snacks, all great quality. Stews, soups and pasta bakes are regularly on the menu. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Giggles to anyone, the entire team are fantastic and our son is very happy there"

Today was my son's last day in Giggles and he had a great time. We are moving tomorrow as my work is taking me away for 6 months or so. Thank you for facilitating us, being obliging and taking such good care of my son. He came on leaps on bounds and his new creche will have an easy time thanks to ye! Some of the amazing support we got from parents/family members after the documentary on RTE My son loves Giggles and the staff. His development has come on leaps and bounds since he started in Giggles. He is looking forward to going back in September. I just want to send all of the staff in Giggles a note of support and gratitude today. I’d say some of you probably watched in horror at that documentary last night on RTE about a particular creche in Dublin and there is a lot of news coverage about it today. When watching it (I only made it half way through as I got so upset) I just thanked my lucky stars that our children have such a positive , loving and nourishing experience from being part of Giggles. You all do an amazing job with all of the children that come through your doors, treating them as if they were own, making their experience a fun, rewarding and learning filled one. You do a job that most parents would struggle to do everyday with such positivity, a smile for every parent every evening though you might have been dealing with all sorts of crying, cranky, unruly kids all day. I just want to reach out and say thanks to each and every one of you. You all play such a special role in our lives and the lives of our kids.

Sam said Giggles is a fantastic place to work. From the top down the children are put first and there is always a happy fun atmosphere. It is a very child centred facility promoting the children’s interests and facilitating all aspects of their development. The staff are amazing and friendly and I loved every minute of working here.20

We appreciate all your help ensuring he was well taken care of and his dietary needs accommodated. I know most moms are anxious when their baby starts, but we were a little extra anxious and we appreciated your support. Thank you especially to Claire for fielding all the phone calls and being flexible with dates. Thank you to Kelly for settling our baby so well and helping with the bags everyday. Thank you to Trish for ensuring he gets the right meals everyday. We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a well deserved break.

Marie, Bernice Norma and all the wonderful Giggles staff, I just wanted to write a few words to express my thanks for the wonderful care you all provide for my 3 children over the past 9 years (almost!). There was not a single occasion in all the years that gave me any reason to be less than 100% confident my kids were in the best possible care. I credit the early years spent in Giggles to have played a huge role in helping my older children become confident, friendly happy kids and my youngest is following suit.. All your policies and initiatives were so beneficial from the wonderful food Breda provides to the emphasis on outdoor play and independent play. Thanks in particular for being so supportive and flexible in allowing our arrangement this past year. We will miss Giggle Best wishes to you all.

Feedback for you is how happy my little girl is, she cries on Fridays when she is home with me. Also to note that in comparison to the creche we used with our older girl, well there is no comparison. The level of calmness and imagination play in Giggles is outstanding and she is thriving socially and developmentally as a result

You saw each new accomplishement and helped us grow and learn, you understood our language, and listened with concern we cam to you for comfort, and you kissed away our tears, we’d proudly show our work to you you’d give the lovest cheers! We know your not our mother, but your role was just as strong you nurtured us and kept us safe, though maybe not for long, we knew someday the time would come when we would have to part but we know a special piece of you is forever in our heart. I would just like to mention On staff in particular, to say my son is challenging at times is an understatement but she has at all times been so patient and lovely while still maintaining his respect. We have seen her blossom and become a very independent strong willed little girl. We have no doubt she has made good memories of her time there and has made nice little friends. Again I must thank you. During her time in Giggles we were always confident that she was safe and well cared for and we never had any cause to worry.

I just want to send all of the staff in Giggles a note of support and gratitude today. I’d say some of you probably watched in horror at that documentary last night on RTE about a particular creche in Dublin and there is a lot of news coverage about it today. When watching it (I only made it half way through as I got so upset) I just thanked my lucky stars that our children have such a positive , loving and nourishing experience from being part of Giggles. You all do an amazing job with all of the children that come through your doors, treating them as if they were own, making their experience a fun, rewarding and learning filled one. You do a job that most parents would struggle to do everyday with such positivity, a smile for every parent every evening though you might have been dealing with all sorts of crying, cranky, unruly kids all day. I just want to reach out and say thanks to each and every one of you. You all play such a special role in our lives and the lives of our kids.

Dear Giggles Team, Thank you all for your help this year. We really appreciate all of the team helping us to settle in, especially our youngest boy. We appreciate all your help ensuring he was well taken care of and his dietary needs accommodated. I know most moms are anxious when their baby starts, but we were a little extra anxious and we appreciated your support. Thank you especially to Claire for fielding all the phone calls and being flexible with dates. Thank you to Kelly for settling our baby so well and helping with the bags everyday. Thank you to Trish for ensuring he gets the right meals everyday. We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a well deserved break.

Bernice & Marie I just wanted to give you some feedback about our experience with Giggles. All of your staff are beyond excellent and I think you should be proud of them all. I would just like to mention On staff in particular, to say my son is challenging at times is an understatement but she has at all times been so patient and lovely while still maintaining his respect. I cannot believe our “Giggle” days have come to an end Both Calum & Ethan have come a long way and enjoyed every minute of it, and for that we would like to thank you both and your superb staff. We wish ye every success in the future and will always highly recommend Giggles.

Hi Marie & Bernice I just want to thank you and your team for the great care you have given Ciara over the last 2 years. We have seen her blossom and become a very independent strong willed little girl. We have no doubt she has made good memories of her time there and has made nice little friends. Again I must thank you. During her time in Giggles we were always confident that she was safe and well cared for and we never had any cause to worry.
